Work organisation
At APESA, we are convinced that quality work and team commitment depend on an organisation tailored to each individual’s realities. Because every employee has different needs, constraints and rhythms, we have chosen to promote autonomy and accountability in how work is organised.
Trust placed in teams to manage their assignments
A flexible organisation that makes it possible to adapt working arrangements to projects and individual situations
A culture of collective responsibility, where everyone contributes to the success of shared projects
The remote-working charter
A pioneer in this area, APESA has integrated remote working since its creation to help reduce travel, improve work–life balance, and foster autonomy and trust.
Up to 3 days of remote working per week
Remote working is possible for a full day or half-day, provided the nature of the role allows it
SOCIAL BENEFITS
Social, cultural and sports activities
Thanks to initiatives led by the CSE (Social and Economic Committee), employees benefit from a range of support that makes it easier to access sports and cultural activities and family events, enriching their daily lives beyond work.
Additional leave based on length of service
To recognise long-term commitment, APESA grants additional leave days at regular intervals, on top of statutory leave, rewarding employee loyalty.
Enhanced social protection
To help deal with life’s uncertainties, APESA offers social protection that goes beyond legal requirements: enhanced salary continuation, health insurance largely covered, extended income protection cover, and specific measures to support parenthood.
