Our modes of intervention

APESA's method is built on three complementary pillars, deployed according to the needs and maturity level of organizations.
APESA upholds a sincere advisory approach, reflected in its ability to question the need expressed, establish an in-depth dialogue, and take the time to analyze, in order to bring out the organization's real need.
Our method makes it possible to design solutions that are fair, useful, and tailored, far from standardized responses, in line with the specific challenges of each context.
APESA thus works with organizations of all sizes (local authorities, businesses, associations) and at all levels of maturity, from the first questions to transition initiatives that are already structured and underway.

Our interventions are based on proven methodologies, built from field experience and continuously enriched through research and innovation.
The APESA method strengthens organizations' skills and autonomy, so that they can sustain their transition initiatives over the long term.
As a CRT (Centre de Ressources Technologiques), APESA works to:
- Support organizations in their innovative projects, offering tailored support and services based on the transfer of our research and the operational application of scientific knowledge,
- Develop new research topics and projects, in order to anticipate emerging issues, stay close to scientific advances, and turn this work into concrete solutions for organizations.
