Our commitments

Learn more

Our commitments structure our way of acting, deciding, and cooperating with the organizations we support. They are expressed through our values, our concrete actions, and our governance as a Cooperative Society of Collective Interest (SCIC).
APESA is politically and financially independent.
This neutrality guarantees a sincere and rigorous consulting posture, serving public and private actors with varied profiles. It allows for the analysis of situations without conflict of interest and the formulation of recommendations adapted to real challenges.
All of our teams adhere to values and a resolutely positive mindset.
In the face of regulatory, economic, and environmental changes, APESA stays the course:
- consistency of its convictions,
- perseverance in the face of challenges to be met,
- optimism regarding the capacity of each actor to progress.
Faced with various issues, we mobilize two complementary axes:
- boldness, to think outside the box and bring transversality and hybridization,
- reliability, driven by recognized scientific and technical expertise.
The status of Cooperative Society of Collective Interest embeds APESA's commitments within its governance.
Democratic governance, based on the principle of "one person = one vote"
The integration of various stakeholders (public and private actors, research)
Long-term alignment between mission, values, and operations
Innovative APESA
APESA devotes a significant part of its activity to research and development.
This dynamic makes it possible:
• to design new offers resulting from its scientific and technical work,
• to continuously invest in scientific equipment,
• to share its results through professional publications and interventions.
Expert APESA
APESA extensively mobilizes its employees in research projects to maintain a high level of expertise and ensures their skills are kept up to date through an ambitious continuous training policy. It guarantees a recognized quality of service and develops a solid training offer, appreciated by both learners and sponsors.
Partnership-driven APESA
APESA encourages cooperation between its teams and multiplies external collaborations with partners, networks, and research laboratories. It seeks to strengthen this dynamic to collectively meet client needs and work with suppliers who share its values.
Committed APESA
APESA relies on a structured management system to progress toward a mission-driven business model.
It:
• complies with its environmental and regulatory obligations,
• supports the societal commitment of its employees,
• implements concrete actions to reduce its impact (regular carbon footprint monitoring, sustainable mobility, renewable energy with Enercoop, teleworking, etc.).
Collaborative APESA
APESA is evolving its governance to involve more stakeholders.
It adopts a participatory approach in internal decisions and fosters a work climate based on:
• autonomy,
• flexibility,
• employee well-being.
These commitments result in social benefits and actions in favor of equality and risk prevention.
Viable APESA
The organization ensures its viability through:
• client loyalty,
• balanced financial management,
• fair value sharing with employees.
It ensures it maintains its independence from funding sources and maintains its certifications, which are necessary to guarantee the credibility and quality of its activities.
Because our environment is constantly evolving, we created a Scientific Council in 2026. It brings together APESA's public and private scientific partners (academic actors and corporate innovation and research departments) who challenge us on our positioning, our valorization methods, and our strategic research orientations. This is our way of building our scientific and transfer objectives with those who create and mobilize science to bring transitions to life within the territory.
